How to play
Set up a court and divide into two teams. Place a chair at each end and choose a keeper for each team. Pass the ball down the court and into your keeper's hands to score. When you catch the ball you must stop, you can't hold it more than three seconds, and there's no contact. Unlike netball, everyone can run the full length of the court. Make sure keepers are standing on secure chairs.
