How to play
Select about 15% of the group as thumb taggers (e.g. 3 out of 20) to stand at the front. Call 'heads down thumbs up' and everyone puts their head down with thumbs up. Taggers sneak around and each tag one person's thumb. Tagged players tuck their thumbs into a fist. Once all taggers return, call 'heads up stand up'. Tagged players stand and guess who tagged them. A correct guess means they swap places with that tagger. Incorrect and the tagger stays.
