- Disposable spoons (1 per person)
- 2 cones (or another marker)
Before the session
- Check the group for allergies and dietary requirements
- Cut the lemons into wedges and set out one jug per team
How to play
Divide into two teams and line each up behind a start line with a large jug beside it. Put a marker twenty metres away. One at a time, each player takes a spoonful of sugar on a disposable spoon, a bite of lemon and a mouthful of water, runs to the marker, does ten star jumps to mix it, runs back and spits into their team jug. Most lemonade in the jug wins. NOBODY DRINKS THE LEMONADE. Tip the jugs out yourself at the end so nobody is tempted.
