How to play
Sit everyone around a table, or give each person a tray to work on, and hand out play-dough. Ask them to make something that describes an aspect of their personality. If your group isn't especially abstract in their thinking, ask them instead to make something they enjoy doing. It works just as well and nobody gets stuck. Once everyone has finished, go around the circle and have people share their creations. Quiet and reflective, and it tends to lead to conversations that wouldn't otherwise happen. Best with small groups who are going to spend a decent amount of time together.
