How to play
Ask everyone to take off one shoe and put it in a pile in the middle of the room, then stand well back. On your call, everyone grabs a shoe that isn't theirs. They then have to find the owner and ask them a set list of questions: name, what they do, favourite thing to do on a weekend, or whatever suits your group. A simple way of pairing people at random while giving them an obvious reason to approach someone they don't know. Worth reading the room first, as not every group will be up for handling other people's shoes.
