Before the session
- Soak a large t-shirt for each team and freeze it overnight
How to play
Prepare the night before: fold one large t-shirt per team, soak it thoroughly in water, and leave it in the freezer overnight so it freezes into a solid block. On the day, divide into teams of five to eight and give each team their frozen shirt. The goal is to break the ice off, unfold the shirt and get one team member wearing it. First team to manage it wins. Teams have to work out a strategy together, and the sense of achievement when a shirt finally goes on is worth the mess. Best saved for the warmer months.
