- Tissues (a full box for each attempt)
- Prize (a chocolate bar works well, optional)
Before the session
- Choose three or four challenges and gather the objects for each
- Check the group for allergies and dietary requirements before choosing the food
- Practise every challenge yourself to check a minute is achievable
- Set the objects up on a table out of sight until each challenge starts
How to play
Pick three or four challenges and run them one at a time, either with a single volunteer against the clock or two going head to head. Stack six dice on a paddle pop stick held in the teeth. Move a biscuit from forehead to mouth using only your face. Try to remove all of the tissues from a tissue box. Sixty seconds each, with the whole group counting down the last ten. Practise each challenge yourself first so you know a minute is actually enough.
